Step 1: Feasibility study of the premises
We offer you a no obligation feasibility study of your premises and suggest you the best way to carry out the loft conversion process.
Step 2: Survey
Right from the day one, our surveyors will deal with you directly. You will not be pressurised by any sales calls!
Step 3: Plans
We use our own drawing office for drawing your plans and we use only the latest technology for this. Rest assured, your plans for loft conversion are secured and we maintain a strict policy of privacy too.
Step 4: Agreement of the plans and signing the contract.
You will be given the opportunity to review the plans and give your suggestions too, upon which we require you to sign the plans and thus we enter into a contract.
Step 4: Submission of plans to local authorities
Once your plans are signed and we enter into a contract, our people will hand over the plans to the local authority and we take care of all the paperwork associated with this. You will also be informed about the proceedings.
Step 5: Agreeing the delivery date.
Upon getting the required approvals from the authorities we will finalize a deliver date for you. We will also make sure that the date is convenient for you.
Step 6: Delivery of materials by our tradesmen:
Once all the above procedures are through, our tradesmen will deliver the required materials to your premises and will explain to you how they are planning to do the loft conversion.
Step 7: Commencement of the work
We make it a point to assure that all our tradesmen stay at your premises till the work is completed
Step 8: Site visits by our supervisor and building inspector:
Once the work commences, our supervisors and building inspectors will be at the spot to check out the work flow and also to make sure that the process complies with all the rules and regulations. We do this to make sure that our quality of service is met and you are satisfied.
