Using imagination
The main picture shows on of our more ambitious project which has transformed the value of a basic west London house by including two dormer windows which are large enough for a double bedroom and bathroom with full size shower cabinet. Dormers usually make the best use of space in terraced properties.
The top inset shows a simple Velux roof light which enhances the loft space for allow for a relatively bright and comfortable guest bedroom.
At the bottom is an unusual hybrid which extends an existing gable end to to the edge of the existing wall. It shows how a little imagination can deal with unusual situations.
