The rough jewel in the heartland of South East London, Lewisham is the home to this extremely spacious loft conversion from Central London Lofts. Featuring a huge master ensuite, this project added some serious value to this end of terrace property.

With a new addition in the family, our client was looking to create a spacious room for their teenage daughter, whilst also keeping one eye on future resale value.

As such, we approached this project with both things in mind too.

Living in London’s inner city, in places like Shoreditch, space is at an absolute premium. In most cases, you have to either compromise on the ideal property of the ideal location. But there’s something you can do about it!

That’s right, you guessed it. A loft conversion is the perfect way to add some much needed space to your home without having to move further afield.

We’re big fans of places with funny names. Whether it’s Piddle River in Devon or Wet Rain in Essex, we all like to have a little giggle every now and then. So once we’d all dried our eyes and got back to business, this Freezywater loft conversion got our full (serious) attention!

Home to one of London’s most popular commons and just on the boundaries of Greenwich park, this Blackheath loft conversion is the area’s latest monument.

Ok, so perhaps we’re overselling ourselves a little bit, but this modern master ensuite just goes to show what can be achieved with a limited budget and a terraced property.

Keen to add more space to their new home, our clients approached us without much of an idea as to what they wanted, except to add another bedroom to their home. It was down to us to propose an idea.

A first for us, this Turnpike Lane loft conversion features a double balcony that makes this home truly feel like a castle.

Looking to create an extra master bedroom in their loft, the client approached us with a clear vision in mind. They wanted something with that New York style to it. Something that felt a bit rustic, but modern at the same time. Now, I needn’t tell you that that’s a bit of a tall order, but they shared with us a few images of things they liked and it all started to click into place.

With a focus on making the most of available space, this Cockfosters loft conversion features one of our favourite ensuites.

Though we didn’t have a great deal of room to work with, we had more than enough to create a great children’s bedroom for our clients’ expanding family. A self contained unit complete with luxurious bathroom, it’s also a great place to host relatives whenever they happen to appear!

All the way down in Bramble Tye, you can find one of the finest examples of a princess suite that we’ve ever completed. Designed to be the master ensuite for a young lady, we were taken all the way down to the southern tip of Essex to create this elegant and spacious loft extension.

We absolutely adore Victorian properties. There’s just something so… well… London about them. You find them dotted all throughout town, but it’s down South that our favourites are.

A semi-detached property in the leafy suburb of Barnet, this loft conversion was a real feel good project. The client were looking for something a little bit different to your standard job, and we were more than happy to get on board!

As soon as we walked into this property it felt like a proper family home. School bags and shoes by the door, a coat rack fully stacked above. We could smell our mother’s cooking from the kitchen and heard the stampede of children’s feet on the floorboards.
