The Client

With a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve within this property, our clients were thinking about both their immediate and long-term goals. By adding a couple of guest bedrooms, they were equipping the house to entertain their visiting family members, as well as thinking about potentially renting down the line.

The Job

The first port of call was liaising with our project manager Barry, who was happy to help. Barry took the time to listen to our needs, and seemed really focused on delivering exactly what we were looking for. He was extremely attentive.

The Results

Utilising space was an absolute must. With three rooms to be added to the top of the house, we needed to make sure we were exacting with our plans. Every inch mattered. Installing Velux windows in each room meant that there was enough natural light in a space dominated by walls. This is especially true in the bathroom where the skylight gives a real sense of airiness and lightness, complemented by the almost metallic blue the room was finished in.
