When Scarlett and Roxy moved into their first home together they always talked about converting their loft. However, the dream couldn’t become a reality due to unforeseen circumstances.

Though they never gave up hope, and when they got the keys to this Thornton Heath semi-detached there was only one thing on their minds. That’s right. Converting their loft.

The Client

With a new family member on the way, our couple were keen to capitalise upon their already spacious property. By creating a master ensuite upstairs, they could have a spacious children’s bedroom on the first floor. Having dreamed of this space for years, Scarlett and Roxy had very specific ideas about what they wanted.

The Job

We were looking for a large, spacious and airy space. Light colours. Wood. We were keen to get as much natural light in the room as possible. And our project manager Barry was more than happy to help this vision come to life.

The Results

One thing we were sure would wow our clients was the inclusion of a juliet balcony. Offering a view over their garden and, at a slight elevation, over their neighbouring properties, it’s the perfect inclusion to get that all important natural light into a property.

With a modern walk in shower and contemporary aesthetic, the bathroom is clean, neat. The perfect place to wash away the day, ready for a perfect night’s sleep.
